Installation Policy Overview

1. Standard Installation refer to lighting to be installed directly to electric power-point such as ceiling-mounting lighting to ceiling power point, wall-mounted lighting to wall power point etc.

2. Standard Installation does not include works such as dismount existing heavy ceiling light, wall-hacking, new wiring, laying of trunking or conduits etc. which is under non-standard installation and are chargeable.

3. We reserve the right to decline any installation work which is against Singapore SCDF Safely Guideline that poses danger or risk to the installer.

4. Buyer must provide adequate height of ladder for seller to carry out installation and remover any items that would obstruct the installation work.

5. Buyer must provide a safety installation environment such as normal electric power supply, no water and dusty hazardous, no electric short-circuit problem etc.
